- Represents the University of South Africa in an action filed against it by Israeli students claiming that they were disentitled from obtaining their academic degree;
- Appointed as the Legal consultant of "Tel Aviv 1" party for the Tel Aviv municipal elections, headed by Mr. Ron Huldai who has been the mayor of Tel Aviv since 1998. Successfully represented the party in various election related litigations;
- Represented world known prominent Electronics corporation in a goods shipment liability claim on the amount of NIS 1.8 Million filed in Israel;
- Represented Israeli exclusive distributor of luxuries kitchen appliances in taking legal actions against parallel import and in its defense against a class action brought against it concerning internet auctions;
- Led a litigation of a class action to the amount of NIS 875 million against Cellcom Israel Ltd., Israel's leading cellular telecommunication provider, for improper increase of their air time rates in several calling plans;
- Represented a video post-production company in court proceedings brought by an Israeli singer claiming for infringement of his copyrights;
- Represented a world-known music performer in arbitration proceedings versus its Israeli former manager;
- Represented former steel Industry leader before the District and Supreme Courts in matters concerning Bankruptcy and White collar crimes;
- Represented the leading Israeli file sharing website in a lawsuit that was brought against it by the Music and Film industries;
- Was nominated to defend an internationally known manufacturer of fragrance and cosmetics products in a claim brought against it by its former Israeli distributor;
- Nominated by an international banking group to lead its defense against a derivative action from senior office holders;
- Successfully defended a German Telecom company from a derivative action filed by Israeli minority shareholders;
- Represented a well known singer in a lawsuit concerning infringement upon publicity and privacy rights;
- Represented a foreign telecommunication system manufacturer in a dispute concerning the manufacturer-distributor relationship with its Israeli distributors;
- Represents a leading German Telecom company in legal proceedings that included several lawsuits against its Israeli partners;
- Resolved a dispute concerning manufacturer distributor matters of a well-known German corporation;
- Won an appeal against an Israeli bank concerning the obligation to disclose information regarding a client`s account;
- Has improved the conditions of the Israel Export Institute in the matter of including sub-contractors in business plans;
- Represented a prominent Tel-Aviv gym in seeking the court`s protection and obtained a precedent ruling pursuant to which reputation may be considered as a protection-worthy asset;
- Has brought about a precedent ruling in matters of reliance and good faith in inheritance matters which has entitled the client to inherit;
- As a result of his appeal, the Supreme Court recognized the right of indemnification of legal expenses from the State of Israel;
- Successfully defended a dance club in lawsuits concerning discrimination;
- Appointed by the court to serve as trustee and special manager in various insolvency proceedings;
- Nominated as liquidator of a well known restaurant chain;
