  • Represented a reputable business holder in voluntary disclosure proceedings of unreported multi million assets kept abroad;
  • Structured a tax plan and negotiated a special taxation regime for the taxation of the sale of a controlling interest in a local bank by a foreign shareholder;
  • Advised a multinational corporation on the tax aspects of their operations in Israel.

Besides being a tax lawyer at our firm, Yitzhak is also the author of more than 100 essays and professional reports in the professional literature, written press, and the Internet. He is a member of the Israeli tax journal “Yeda La Meida” and acts as the manager of a tax laws forum in a well-known legal website.
