Tama 38 Projects
The National zoning plan 38 deals with the enforcement of existing residential buildings against earthquakes and encourages property owners to do so in return for additional building rights. There are two Tama 38 alternatives, Tama 38/1 and Tama 38/2. Tama 38/1 is the enforcement of an existing building and the addition of additional residential units to it. Tama 38/2 allows for the destruction of an existing on building and the erection of a new and larger building instead. These transactions are done between the owners of the property and a developer or entrepreneur and our lawyers are experienced in representing in such transactions.
