I have been several time to Israel on vacation. However, this year I wanted to experience working and living in this country. Heskia-Hacmun offered me the unique opportunity to do an internship for two months and to experience working and living in Israel.
Working at HH was a great experience. It is a young team very motivated and with great ideas. Among others they organize every year an Art Project with the participation of famous Israeli artists. I was involved in the project’s public relation and got a look inside Tel Aviv’s art world.
My legal work involved mainly international contract law and patent law. I worked on interesting cases for clients in Germany, France and Greece. For a big German company I worked on the registration of a trademark in Israel. I had the chance to get an insight into the Israeli legal system by accompanying the colleagues to court.
Since Amos Hacmun is a member of the board of directors of the “Israeli German Lawyers Association” I get to know interesting German speaking judges and lawyers who work in Israel.
I had a great time in the 38th floor of the Triangular Tower from the Azrieli Center with a wonderful view over Tel Aviv.
Last but not least I loved to spend two months in Tel Aviv. This city is full of energy. It was most enjoyable to go after work to one of the many cafes or to the beach and to just enjoy life in this wonderful city.
