Praktikum bei HH-Law in Tel Aviv (April bis Juni 2023)
Ich habe in der Zeit zwischen meinem ersten Staatsexamen und Beginn meines Referendariats mich dazu entschieden von April bis Juni 2023 ein Praktikum bei der Kanzlei Heskia-Hacmun zu machen um einen Einblick in israelisches und internationales Recht zu haben und zu sehen inwiefern deutsches Recht bei den juristischen Fällen relevant ist, da die Kanzlei auch deutsche Mandaten hat.
Die Arbeitsatmosphäre war sehr angenehm, jeder in der Kanzlei war persönlich sehr zugewandt und zeigte auch ein persönliches Interesse an meiner Person und meiner Motivation nach Israel zu kommen. Ich fand es auch toll dass es hin und wieder wenn Feiertage anstanden gemeinsames Essen in der Kanzlei stattfand. Ich fand auch den Austausch mit den beiden anderen Interns sehr gut und wir haben auch außerhalb der Kanzlei einiges zusammen unternommen.
Meine Haupttätigkeit bestand darin amtliche Dokumente zu übersetzen, sowohl von der deutschen in die englische Sprache und umgekehrt, als auch von der hebräischen in die deutsche oder die englische Sprache und umgekehrt. Darüber hinaus unternahm ich viele Behördengänge insbesondere für Beglaubigungen von Dokumenten mit Apostillen, unter anderem zum Außenministerium in Jerusalem, zum Gericht in Tel Aviv, zum Rabbinat in Bnei Brak und zum Grundbuchamt in Netanyah.
Ich fand es toll so eine lange Zeit in Tel Aviv zu sein und viele tolle Erfahrungen zu machen.
